AIIMS Chief Security Officer files complaint against AAP’s Somnath Bharti

A fresh FIR has been launched against Aam Aadmi Party leader and MLA Mr. Somnath Bharti and his supporters apparently around 9:45 am on September 9 at AIIMS. Somnath Bharti booked for destroying and creating a ruckus inside the hospital and trying to destroy government property, where his people or supporters misbehaved with some security guards. The FIR filed by Chief Security Officer of AIIMS.

Aam Aadmi Party is on a sticky wicket over here. Several MLA’s of Aam Aadmi Party have been found themselves on a back-foot, where cases and FIR ‘s filed against them from being involved in two cases of sexual offenses and for misbehaving with security guards at AIIMS.

The FIR mentions that it has been filed by the Chief Security Officer of AIIMS on 9 September at 9:45 in the morning. Somnath Bharti along with its supports tried to enter the AIIMS premises forcefully, and they sought to destroy a few of the government properties there as far as the furniture and other such belongings at AIIMS. When they were asked to stop at a particular space where they were not being allowed at a particular spot, they tried to misbehave with the security guard.

Somnath Bharti is seeking to deny these charges. Somnath Bharti said “Wherever common man will be troubled I will go. The allegation that residents dismantled the wall is a blatant lie. I will fight in court. ”

He also said “AIIMS is lying. They have denied legal access to Gautam Nagar Residents – AIIMS even refused to PWD meeting”. But very clearly what we understand over here is that it’s not just Somnath Bharti but also his supporters who forcefully tried to enter AIIMS premises.
