Delhi Government to launch App based buses in Delhi soon

From an idea of App based Cab-Service, Delhi Government plans to launch app based buses services. This app based buses would be one of the moves to strengthen the public transportation system in the national capital.

The bus on contract would fall under app based services in Delhi. The announcement regarding the app based buses would be made next week by the Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party Government in Delhi.

Delhi Government to launch App based buses, book you seat through mobile app

A senior official told that contractual private buses would be given a special permit to allow passengers to make use of the mobile application to book their seats on the bus.

The private bus runners are happy with this new move of Delhi Government and are ready to co-operate with them. As per the private bus owners, this new approach of Aam Aadmi Party will help to handle the traffic on Delhi roads, if the government asks us to buy new buses for this system, we’ll be happy to do so.

The official announcement for this is yet to make, and it is also yet not clear that how much time it will take to become a reality?

Under this, each bus will designate to a particular route, which is going to benefit the office-goings.

Delhi Government has already taken various initiatives to handle traffic and pollution in the street. The action taken by Delhi government includes Car Free Day and Odd-Even Formula.

The first phase of the odd-even formula was conducted successfully during January 1-15, 2016. The government is planning to apply the odd-even scheme again, but it is yet not clear that from when it is going to be applicable. The government is yet not sure that whether they should apply odd-even scheme permanently or alternately.

Delhi government is too much serious in improving the transportation system of Delhi, despite other allegations.
