Samajwadi Smartphone Scheme launched, register online at samajwadisp.in

Akhilesh Yadav launched ‘Samajwadi Smartphone Scheme’ on Monday. Under the scheme, Smartphone will be distributed among the people of Uttar Pradesh with the annual income of less than Rs 6 lakh. However, for now, only registration can be done. The phone will be distributed later. The new scheme was announced at a time when few months are left for UP elections. About the Samajwadi Smartphone scheme, Akhilesh said – we work in new ways.

During his speech, Akhilesh said, “Whatever work we do, our partners always criticize us. Our laptop scheme changed many things. Fear of laptop from the minds of the children went away.”

“I met a child from the village. He said – I do not know much, I do hear the song, I can make a profile. Samajwadi Party launched various scheme including ‘call an ambulance’ and ‘dial 100’.”

Student benefitted from the laptop. Our opponent says we didn’t give tablets. It’s their job, we do not give tablets. UP government under the previous scheme claimed the distribution of 15 lakh laptops to 12th pass students in the state.

During the launch of Samajwadi Smartphone scheme portal, Akhilesh met those students who were given the free laptops by the government. Akhilesh launched registration portal at Lok Bhawan. CM Akhilesh Yadav also released a CD named ‘Aapka Akhilesh’.

People talk about cash, not schemes

Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said, “90 percent of people were benefitted by our scheme. Yet, few schemes have rolled out, and a lot more to come. People are not talking about schemes, they are talking about cash.”

Without naming BSP Chief Mayawati, Akhilesh Yadav commented on previous government and said, “Previous government used to run recovery programs on birthday. CMOs were killed.”

We were told to not to say ‘Bua’. What was so bad in saying ‘Bua’. We stopped saying ‘Bua’ on their request. When she was in trouble, she said, if Akhilesh says me ‘Bua’ then take action.

BSP to align with BJP for UP election

Akhilesh said, referring to the next election, “No one forgets that Raksha Bandhan. Can ‘Bua ji’ claim that she will not join hands with BJP to form a government? She says Samajwadi are dividing. Someone dies in their rally. Those who are saying to divide UP, they will divide this country”

We are working in a new way

Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said, “Expressway is still to come. We are approaching a new era in a new way.”

How to apply for Samajwadi Smartphone Scheme

The scheme is only for those living in Uttar Pradesh. Age should be more than 18 years as on January 01, 2017. Annual income should be less than 6 lakh rupees. People can register at www.samajwadisp.in. When applying online registrant have to upload a scanned copy of 10th mark sheet. The scheme will work on first-come, first, serve basis.
